I'd like to book a beauty service but can't see them - how do I do this?

Not all beauty services are currently available for online bookings as some of our services require more interaction with our in salon experts then can be achieved with a website.
Our most popular services are available – if you can’t see something then please call the salon who will be happy to help.
How do I apply a voucher?
There's a checkbox underneath the date and time selection that will allow you to add a promotional voucher.
My voucher code has disappeared - what has happened?
Vouchers have several terms and conditions. Some are only valid for new users and others may have restrictions on dates and times available.
If your code has gone, it is most likely that your voucher code is not valid for the booking you have made. Check the terms and conditions for
the code for full details.
Why should I register?
You have to give an email address so we can confirm your booking and contact you should there be any problem with your booking.
Additionally you can add a password so that you can manage your bookings and see your history.
I’ve already registered but have forgotten my password!
No problem, just click on the forgotten password link and you can set a new one.
I'd like to book a children's service, how do I do that?
We can't currently book chidren's services online, this is coming soon, but please feel free to call your nearest salon and we will be more than happy to help you.
I have been asked to call the salon directly, why is that?
We check the live appointment book in the salons to reserve your appointment. Where we can't do that for whatever reason, we will ask you to call the
salon to complete your booking.
I'd like to change my booking, how can I do that?
In order to view your booking history you will need a registered password. Login to your account and you will see your future and past
bookings. Click on the edit link next to a future booking and you will be taken through the options to change the details of your booking.
I want to cancel a booking, how can I do that?
We're sorry you want to cancel. This feature is not available with our online booking system as we'd like to talk to you about why you'd want to cancel
and rebook if we can. Please call the salon directly and we'll resolve this for you.
